Welcome to Tarnova. By accessing or using our website www.tarnova.com and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

  1. Tarnova is an online retailer that sells products sourced both locally and internationally.

  2. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract.

  3. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.

2. Products and Pricing

  1. Prices are displayed in Rands and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  2. Tarnova makes every effort to display accurate product information. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or specifications are 100% error-free.

  3. We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or limit quantities without prior notice.

3. Orders

  1. By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase products under these T&C.

  2. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product availability or pricing errors.

  3. Order confirmation emails do not guarantee order acceptance. Your order is confirmed only when payment is successfully processed.

4. Payment

  1. We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayFast, Stripe, SnapScan, Zapper, Apple Pay, Google Pay, QR code payments, and EFT (bank transfer).

  2. Payment is required at the time of placing the order.

  3. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  1. Tarnova sources products locally

  2. Estimated delivery times:

    • 5-14 business days

  3. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, customs, or courier delays.

  4. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Tarnova is not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses.

6. Returns and Refunds

  1. We accept returns on eligible products within  7 days of delivery.

  2. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  3. Refunds are processed after inspection and may take 5–7 business days to appear in your account.

  4. Some items may not be eligible for return.

7. Limitation of Liability

  1. Tarnova is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

  2. While we take care to provide high-quality products, we do not guarantee compatibility or fitness for all purposes unless explicitly stated.

8. Intellectual Property

  1. All content on Tarnova, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Tarnova.

  2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these T&C or your use of Tarnova will be resolved in the courts of Law.
