  • Tarnova delivers within South Africa only.

  • We do not currently offer international shipping.

  • All products are sourced both locally within South Africa and internationally from the USA, allowing for reliable and predictable delivery times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During high-demand periods (sales, promotions, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • All regions within South Africa: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

7. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

  • Couriers usually make 1–2 delivery attempts.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address details or customer unavailability, re-delivery costs may be charged to the customer.

  • Please ensure your delivery details are accurate at checkout.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, notify us before 7 days of delivery.

  • Please provide clear photos and your order number to help us resolve the issue promptly.

  • Claims reported after 7 days may not be eligible for replacement or refund.


9. Ownership & Risk

  • Ownership of goods transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered to the provided address.

  • Tarnova is not responsible for loss or theft after confirmed delivery.
